Import or Update Occurrence to a Category from MS-Excel
Import/Update Occurrence Categories. The Category must exist in the database before occurrences imported/updated to the specific Category. When updating occurrences to categories, an Items in room export must be generated. The following fields are required to export in order to be able to update the occurrences to categories; Room Function Number, Occurrence ID, Category, and Item name. Occurrence ID is the unique key identifier. Without this field an update will not be possible.
