Logs Panel

Turning on the 'Logs Panel'

The log panel can be activated by selecting the the Log Icon 

The panel is visible in the Rooms Module, Items Module, Templates for Rooms Module, and Systems Module.

By default, the logs panel shows:

-Time a change was made

-Field that was changed

-Old value

-New Value

-Name of user who made the change

-Log note

-Change list

-Change source

Other columns can be added by selecting the column picker in the bottom right corner - different columns are available based on which module the log panel is being access from.

Logs Properties

Select one or more log records to see the log details in the properties panel.
Red shows what was removed, Green shows what is new.

When more than one record is selected, multiple changes can be made - for example adding a change list or log note.
