Add New Occurrence of the agreed Item
Add New Occurrence of the Item
Select the “Items/Occurrences” Tab
Right Click on the Item you would like to add Occurrence and select “New Occurrence
Enter “Quantity”
Click on “Select Room”
Select Room
Select “Ok”
Select “Ok”
New Occurrence is added.
Display your new Occurrence in Item module
Go to the “Items” module
Select Item
Display “Occurrences”
New occurrences are displayed with the text "New Agreement" in the status field so that you know which occurrences have been added since the tender.
Display your new Occurrence in Room module
The New Occurrence will not be listet in any equipment list in the Room. To display the new occurrence:
Go to the “Rooms” moduel
Select Item
Display “Items in room”
New occurrences are displayed with the text "New Agreement" in the status field so that you know which occurrences have been added since the tender.
