dRofus can generate a complete purchase protocol.

This report is available:

Go to the “Reports and Exports”
Select “PDF”
Select “Procurement”
Select “ Purchase protocol”.
Select “Tender”
Select “Generate”

You can select more if you would like to edit the layout or format
