Database Run Task

In the advanced menu options of a database, Organization Administrators will see Run Task and Migrate.

Run Task

There are three advanced use cases for reducing the database size. Vacuum, remove all files and file references, and start converting TIDA to Systems.

Vacuum- Reclaim disk space, similar to when a computer goes through a defragmentation process to consolidate data on a drive. 

Remove all files on disk and file references in the database- Removes all files from the database and any file references that have been carried over from a copied database. 

Start convert TIDA to Systems job- Converts a project using our old TIDA solution to our modern Systems solution. See Systems Module
