Organization Administrator
The Administration System is divided into separate Organizations. Customers running several projects can have their organization partitioned on the server. An Organization Administrator can see all databases associated with the organization and edit user access.
As an Organization Administrator, they have the same rights as a Project Administrator (see Project Administrator) to create/delete projects and databases, and change the name of databases. The illustration below provides an example of the start menu for an Organization Administrator.

Projects
An Organization Administrator can see a list of projects associated with the organization by selecting Projects.
Quick Edit, Add Users, Archive/Activate or Delete projects from the Organization Projects tab

Users
An Organization Administrator can see a list of users accessing any of the organization’s projects. If users are missing from the list, they are not on any organization’s projects. This can happen if a user is removed from the last project within that organization. In addition there is a filtered list of users who are part of a User Directories. (See User Directory Synchronization and SSO)

Invited Users
Invited Users across all the Organizations show in it’s own tab if there are open invitation. Invited Users will show the quantity of open invitations. The Organization Administrator and resend invites by selecting the users from the list and using the bottom menu.

Organization
In this example, Vitality Health Systems is the Organization. They can view and edit their Organization information here. An Organization Administrator can only manage one organization. Select Edit from the top right corner to reveal Organization details and made edits.

Audit Log
When changes are made on the Organization details, they show in the Audit Log. If several edits are made in a single edit, they are then grouped together instead of as single rows. Select more next to the row with changes to see another window with those changes.

Databases
An Organization Administrator can view a list of databases associated with the organization and edit them.
They also access database backups. (See Backups)
Server Status
An Organization Administrator can view the server status. This lists all users currently logged in to databases associated with the organization’s projects.
