There are times when it is necessary to import or update a large number of users.
Use the Project Users table to get started:

Set the columns you want to use to import/update users.

Select export to generate the Excel file you will use.

Next, select the top right menu and select Import/Update Users.
Use the Excel file you used in step 2, with the changes you made.
Finally, select the Import mode to either “Invite Users” (to send emails to users) or “Create users” (to add them without notification) to add users or make changes to users already on the project. Optionally, “Send welcome email” will send the appropriate emails based on the settings defined in the import file.
