Read Only access

With “Read Only access,” you can see the documents within the Document module.

Read Only and Full access to a responsibility group

If you have Read Only access to Items but Full access to a responsibility group, you can edit only those documents that are set with either:

• The Responsibility you have access to

• Connected to an Item or an Occurrence connected to your responsibility group.

In the example below, the user can only edit documents or documents connected to Items with the responsibility group “Electrical Engineer.”
