Log
Changes in occurrences are logged throughout all phases of the procurement; such as when you register:

An Occurrence for a tender, Agreement and order,

Any changes to quantity, room placement etc.
You can open log for Item Occurrence by right clicking on the occurrence
Information on the different procurement stages are logged separately; such as:

Requirements
-
Evaluations
This information can be opened by right clicking in the procurement structure and selecting Log.
