Function Data PDF Report

This report includes room function data per room function. If no filters are used all room functions will be included with all function data. 

Filters

Room Function: Filter report to only show Function Data in from the selected Function

Fields/ Chapters: Filter report to only show portions of the Function Data.

Report Setup

Include Notes/ Comments: If checked, report will show Notes

Include Images: If checked, report will show images. 

Report Output

The Function Data Report includes a cover page, table of contents, and reports Function Data associated to Functions.
