Summary
This Early Access release of dRofus 2.20.0 introduces capabilities to import external document files and update existing file binaries with metadata on items, as well as the ability to import occurrence IFC GUIDs directly from Microsoft Excel. What is new
External Document & File Management
-
[DROFUS-75363] File import/update from external document management systems: Enables users to perform one-time imports of files and metadata to items, as well as update existing file binaries (revisions) and metadata from external document management workflows.
IFCGuids from Excel
-
[DROFUS-75391] Import of GUID from Excel import of occurrences: Enables users to import data directly into the dedicated "IFC GUIDs" field for occurrences from Microsoft Excel. This allows teams storing GUID information for occurrences imported from sources outside Revit or IFC (such as ArchiCAD or Excel) to use the standard occurrence GUID field rather than configuring secondary custom fields.
