Release Summary
This Early Access release introduces protections for dRofus-managed system connections during third-party synchronization, status-driven locking for room and occurrence classification numbers, cross-project room copying within the same database in the Desktop Client, and status coloring. It also includes targeted bug fixes for room assignment in property panels and priority settings on derived template occurrences.
What is new
[DROFUS-75058] Protected dRofus-Owned System Memberships

Preserve dRofus-created system membership during model synchronization: System memberships created directly in dRofus are now locked by default so they are not deleted during synchronization with third-party tools such as Revit or IFC.

Traceability: Users can export reports and filter locked system memberships, and unlock single or multiple memberships if they need connections to follow the external model again.

Revit synchronization logs: The Revit sync log now records when a system membership has been overridden.
[DROFUS-75214] Status-Based Locking for Occurrence and Room Classification Numbers

Lock classification and room function numbers by status: Administrators can configure statuses to lock classification numbers and room function numbers on occurrences and rooms, preventing unintended modifications and deletions while occurrences remain in a locked status.

Status-controlled editing: Occurrences and rooms are unlocked for editing if they are moved out of the locking status.
[DROFUS-75260] Cross-Project Room Copying within the Same Database

Multi-select room copy across projects: Desktop Client users can select multiple rooms and copy them to another project within the same database via an expanded Copy Room dialog.

Target navigation: Users can browse through accessible projects and select target functions and sub-functions for copied rooms.

Visual identification with status colors: Adds color indicators to statuses to enhance visual organization when synchronizing statuses via integrations or for visualization in dRofus WEB

Occurrence room assignment saving: Resolved an issue where selecting a room for an occurrence in the Desktop Client property panel and saving failed to persist changes in both the Rooms and Items modules (DROFUS-75291: Saving selecting a room for an occurrence in property panel always fails)
