Summary
Early access version 2.19.5 introduces project-scoped item management for multi-project database environments. Customers working with multiple projects within a single database can now create and manage items and child items that remain exclusive to a specific project
What is new
[DROFUS-75202] Project Specific Items
-
Project-Scoped Items: Users can now create items that are specific to a designated project. These items are restricted in scope and are neither visible nor usable from other projects residing in the same database.
-
Project Item permission: Administrators can set separate permissions to project items (None, Read, Write).
-
Project Item Promotion: Users with write permissions to shared Items in databases containing two or more projects can promote a project-specific item to a database-wide shared item using the new Promote Item feature.
[DROFUS-75203] Project Child Items
-
Project Child Items: Users can create child items under parent items within the project context, ensuring child items remain scoped to the project without accidental cross-project exposure.
-
Interface Identification: Visual indicators have been introduced across item lists, detail views, and item selection dialogs to clearly distinguish project-specific items from database-wide shared items.
