Terminology

ReqHub	The common name for the two integrated applications: Manager and Collector.	Entire product/feature
Manager	The application where administrators create and manage requirement sets, and track their progress.	Manager apps URL
Collector	The application used by contributors to complete tasks and provide required data.	Collector apps URL
Admin	The users of Manager. It requires dRofus admin access
User	Users of the Collector app. Those who are assigned Requirement sets in shape of Tasks.	Manager
Requirement set	A specific set of requirements that a manager defines for contributors to fulfill. A requirement set includes details such as the name, responsible group, filters, and fields/documents to be provided. The term is used only in Manager.	Manager
Task	The representation of a requirement set in Collector. A task contains a list of Items or Occurrences (depending on the requirement set type) that need to be resolved. The visible data in a task is limited to what is defined by the requirement set.	Collector
Assign(ed) to	Mandatory part of a Requirement set. When Requirement sets are assigned to users we do it through Responsibility groups. If a user have limited or full access to the Responsibility group, he/she will have access to the Requirement set/Task
Filter	A mandatory part of a requirement set defining which Occurrences are included in the corresponding requirement set or task.	Manager
Properties	Part of a requirement set. Can be a built-in or dynamic field. Depending on its data type, it may include constraints on allowed values. Currently, the only supported constraint is that the property must be filled out.	Manager & Collector
Documents	Part of a requirement set. Refers to the existing concept of “Document Categories.” In Manager, you can define which document category a contributor must use when uploading documents to an Occurrence or Product.	Manager & Collector
Complete/Incomplete	A property or document can have two states depending on if the property/document have a value; Complete/Incomplete. This can aggregate up to an occurrence/product and a task as a whole	Manager & Collector
Unassigned documents	A document uploaded to a document category but not yet linked to a specific Occurrence or Product.	Collector
