Manager

Requirement set

A specific set of requirements that a manager defines for contributors to fulfill. A requirement set includes details such as the name, responsible group, filters, and fields/documents to be provided. The term is used only in Manager.

Manager

Task

The representation of a requirement set in Collector. A task contains a list of Items or Occurrences (depending on the requirement set type) that need to be resolved. The visible data in a task is limited to what is defined by the requirement set.

Collector

Assign(ed) to

Mandatory part of a Requirement set. When Requirement sets are assigned to users we do it through Responsibility groups. If a user have limited or full access to the Responsibility group, he/she will have access to the Requirement set/Task

Filter

A mandatory part of a requirement set defining which Occurrences are included in the corresponding requirement set or task.

Manager

Properties

Part of a requirement set. Can be a built-in or dynamic field. Depending on its data type, it may include constraints on allowed values. Currently, the only supported constraint is that the property must be filled out.

Manager & Collector

Documents

Part of a requirement set. Refers to the existing concept of “Document Categories.” In Manager, you can define which document category a contributor must use when uploading documents to an Occurrence or Product.

Manager & Collector

Complete/Incomplete

A property or document can have two states depending on if the property/document have a value; Complete/Incomplete.

This can aggregate up to an occurrence/product and a task as a whole

Unassigned documents

A document uploaded to a document category but not yet linked to a specific Occurrence or Product.
